We are now recruiting two new sales professionals to join the Maximum Media team. Are you someone we should meet?

Sales Executive

Reporting to the Head of Sales, a Sales Executive will play an important role in the monetization and growth of Maximum Media.

Who you are:

You’re passionate about digital media, you have a strong commercial mindset and proven sales experience in the Irish market. You will have an understanding of media agency operations and a passion and hunger to generate leads and convert sales whilst being creative and innovative at all times.

You’re professional and enjoy the buzz of a fast paced team environment. You’re able to work under your own initiative but at the heart of it you’re a team player.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Building and maintaining relationships directly with agencies at planner and buyer level. This will be achieved through client entertainment, face-to-face meetings and top class account management.
  • Ensuring there is an outstanding agency wide knowledge and understanding of our offering through strong communication & consistent contact.
  • Ensure that personal revenue targets are met and exceeded.
  • Proactively pitch briefs in advance to agencies & brands, not only to get in before the planning stage but also to make their jobs easier.
  • Plan, develop and monitor branded original content for clients & brands though video, audio, design and editorial.
  • Assist the wider sales team with administration and executive duties.
  • Build a strong working relationship with the editorial and client services teams. This will be key to building and implementing quality content led briefs.
  • Identify key brands to secure long-term partnerships with; this will give us a strong foundation of revenue month on month.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge of Digital across the board, keep up to speed on emerging trends or changes to the digital landscape.
  • Adopt a strong communication strategy throughout the department and organisation.

Senior Sales Account Manager

Reporting to the Head of Sales, a Senior Sales Account Manager will play a key role in the monetization and growth of Maximum Media.

Who you are:

You’re passionate about digital media, you have a strong commercial mindset and proven sales experience in a both direct and agency facing roles in the Irish market. You will have a good level of agency contacts and you’re driven to carve a name for your self and Maximum Media within the Irish digital industry.

You’re professional, creative and enjoy the buzz of a fast paced team environment. You’re able to work under your own initiative but at the heart of it you’re a team player.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Building and maintaining relationships directly with agencies at every level, in
particular planners / account directors. This will be achieved through client entertainment, face-to-face meetings and top class account management.
  • Ensuring there is an outstanding agency wide knowledge and understanding of our offering through strong communication & consistent contact.
  • Ensure that personal revenue targets are met and exceeded.
  • Proactively pitch briefs in advance to agencies & brands, not only to get in before the planning stage but also to make their jobs easier.
  • Motivation and development of team members, disseminating sales experience and professionalism to the team as well as providing training to strengthen team as a whole and keeping energy high at all times.
  • Creating an environment of creativity and excellence.
  • Be a brand champion for one of the key brands within the Maximum Media portfolio.
  • Plan, develop and monitor branded original content for clients & brands though video, audio, design and editorial.
